I’m currently working as an IT Support at Multi Kontrol Nusantara since October 2022. My responsibilities are mainly about installing and configuring computers / laptops, and various other hardwares, monitoring and also maintaining them. I’m also running a small networking service, providing internet connection from house to house, the main reason I’m doing this is mainly to put my Gnu/Linux knowledge to use for managing all the necessary services which I do so manually.

  • Experience in Linux, FreeBSD, and Microsoft Windows administration, installation, and maintenance.
  • Installation and configuration of webserver / proxy such as Apache, nginx and haproxy on Linux and FreeBSD.
  • Installation and configuration of Linux and BSD system as a router or internet gateway, eliminating the need for premade / proprietary routers such as Mikrotik or PfSense.
  • Troubleshooting skills with network protocols such as DNS, TCP/IP, and SMTP.
  • Administration of networking devices such as routers, and switches.
  • Experience in writing basic Shell Scripts using ksh, bash, and zsh for process automation of application, backup and scheduling.
  • Knowledge in Storage, Disk Management, Logical Volume Management(LVM) and logical partitioning.

  • Source code management with git to track progress of any development work, viewing version histories and creating version branches.
  • Git version control with github and gitlab, also local hosting with Gitea.
